Des Moines Shines in The New York Times

Chief Political Correspondent Adam Nagourney of The New York Times wrote a favorable article about Des Moines and particularly the East Village. All eyes are on us as we prepare for the presidential caucuses on January 3. The changes to the city have been happening steadily, unless you’re visiting after a long absence. Then it must look very different.
