It appears to be Hawkeye-specific. Cylone, Reiver, Panther, Bulldog and other college sport fans may not appreciate it as much as University of Iowa alum. The Rooftop Foundation notes on its website that it is a non-profit organization dedicated to giving children at Moulton Elementary School a Christmas they might not otherwise have experienced.
