‘Under the Tea Leaves’ Available Now

Recently two Iowa women launched their book, Under the Tea Leaves: Reflections of a Mother-Daughter Journey. Sherry Borzo and Sheryl VanWeelden started out getting together with the purpose of reviewing tea shoppes in Iowa. It turned out to be so much more - a time when mother and daughter would explore their experiences of being mothers and daughters, and keep journals along the way.

And the result is this book, written from two perspectives. The unique writing style draws the reader in and makes you want to keep reading. The depth of thought makes you want to savor the experience and not rush through each chapter. Either way, it’s an enjoyable read. Share a copy with someone you love.

Book: Under the Tea Leaves

The book is available locally at Beaverdale Books, 2629 Beaver Avenue, Des Moines, or you can order it online.

If you know of any books with Iowa connections, give us a holler. We would love to write about it here.
